With fourteen ingredients and 1 hour 40 minutes total prep and cook time, you will need to plan ahead. The cook time is 40-45 minutes which leaves you plenty of time to create and pour the perfect beverage to accompany the Pumpkin Caramel Bread Pudding. Do not forget to top it off with some whipped cream.

Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Seeds

These oval seeds are so much more than flavorful. They are an antioxidant, and an anticarcinogen. These little nuggets have also been found to be good for heart health and blood sugar levels. Top all these benefits off with the fact that they are high in magnesium and just 1 cup has 14.9 grams of protein.

Now we take all that and combine the benefits with the scrumptious recipe brought to us by the Food Network Kitchen. Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Seeds only require 5 ingredients and 15 minutes of prep time. You can’t find that kind of value in most limited ingredient recipes.

2-Ingredient Pumpkin Frosting

Oh have we found a good one for you! This 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Frosting is exactly as it says. With just two ingredients you will have a delicious frosting to top any baked good you like. This is a sweet and tangy way to add a little twist to cakes, brownies, cupcakes and more.

Although pumpkin does have quite a few health benefits the canned puree in large amounts is high in carbs but relatively low in fat. Keep this in mind if you are trying to cut back on carbs. A cup is approximately 85% of your daily carbs.

Start and end your day by Add a dollop to your morning muffin and enjoy in the evening with your favorite dessert.

Baked Pumpkin Rice Pudding

This 20 minute prep recipe does take 2 hours to cook so plan ahead. Baked Pumpkin Rice Pudding only has three reviews at this time but it seems a popular tip is to add a bit of pumpkin spice. You can easily adjust this to your personal preference.
